Size Matters:

Some of our shoes are crafted with EVA materials. Kindly note that our clogs may have a tendency to shrink in heat. To counter this, our shoes are made slightly larger than the standard size. Please consider this when selecting your size.

Availability of Stock:

Our shelves are stocked with fantastic footwear, but sometimes, a particular style might run out. If that happens after you've placed an order, don't worry – we'll get in touch ASAP with alternatives or provide a prompt refund for the item.

Unboxing Delivered Magic:

When your package arrives, we suggest doing a happy dance with the delivery person while checking the contents. If you spot any issues like damage, defects, a mix-up in your order, or a size that doesn’t quite match, let the delivery hero know right away.

Here's what you need to know about our Delivery Policy:

• Processing Time: We strive to dispatch each item in your order within 5 to 7 working days within the Dhaka metropolitan area and 7 to 10 working days outside Dhaka. Please note that these timeframes exclude public holidays.
• Shipping Days: Orders are shipped on regular weekdays, from Sunday to Thursday, ensuring timely delivery.
• Order Accuracy and Timeliness: While we make every effort to ship your order accurately, in good condition, and on time, there may be instances where your order gets canceled or delivery is delayed due to size unavailability, product unavailability, or courier-related issues.

Return Policy:

Hey there,

We want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase from Klimb BD LTD. Here's how our return policy works:

Conditions for Returns:

• Purchases must be made at www.klimbbd.com.
• Please ensure that the items are returned in the same condition as when you received them.
• Please initiate returns within 3 days of the delivery date. To avoid additional delivery charges, please thoroughly inspect the shoes before the delivery person departs.

Return Instructions:

Once you've requested a return, keep an eye out for an email from us with return instructions and a link to your return label. Check your inbox. If you don't see it, please take a peek in your spam/junk folder, or reach out to our customer service team for assistance. 

Important Notes:

• Return shipping costs are non-refundable. 
• Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing. Once processed, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. 
• Our retail stores don't accept returns for online purchases.
• You can return items from multiple orders in the same package to save on return shipping costs. Just make sure to request a separate return for each order and attach all return labels to the package.
• Items from collaborations or special events can be returned within 05 days from receipt or order cancellation.

Refunds and Replacements: 

Replacement:

• When your order arrives, take a quick look to make sure everything's good. If you spot any issues like damage, defects, or if the size isn't right, just let the delivery person know.
• Need a different size? No worries! You've got a week from delivery to exchange it. Just give us a call at +8801923005500 between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (except government holidays) and we'll sort it out.
• Don't forget to keep your invoice handy—it'll come in handy for the exchange.

Refund:

• If you need a refund for a canceled, pending, or returned order, we've got you covered. Just not for orders that have already been shipped out.
• When asking for a refund, make sure to give us your Order Number, Order Date, Contact No. (the one you used for ordering), payment method (Bkash/Nagad/SSLCommerz), and any other info we might need.
• Refunds for Bkash or Nagad payments will go right back to your Bkash account. For card payments through SSLCommerz, it might take around 15-20 working days to process.

After our quality check, if your returned item is in sync with the issues mentioned earlier, we'll kick off the refund or replacement process. Be patient – refunds might take a few days, but we promise to hustle.

Cancellation:

Once you've hit that order button, it's a done deal. So, double-check your order details and make sure everything is spot on before sealing the deal.
